Michael Davis is an associate attorney with Hepworth, Pendry and Katkish. He is a graduate of Elon University School of Law, where he finished in the top third of his class. Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he graduated magna cum laude.

In 2009, Mr. Davis interned with the Honorable Sanford L. Steelman, Jr. of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where he assisted in the research and writing of numerous bench memorandums and authored a judicial opinion. Also in 2009, attorney Davis interned with the Mecklenburg County Public Defender's Office in Charlotte, NC and with Legal Aid at the North Carolina Greensboro Office. During his tenure at both offices, he represented the legal interests of indigent individuals.

Mr. Davis is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
